These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the application and services provided by Massive Solutions (the “Service”). By connecting your Google account and granting access to your Google Business Profile(s), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Our Service enables agencies and businesses to manage Google Business Profile (GBP) locations, including viewing, creating, and editing location data, through integration with the Google Business Profile API.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent that you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect to our application and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Google Account and Permissions
  • You authorize our Service to access your GBP account using the business.manage scope.
  • You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
  • We do not use your Google data for any purpose other than providing GBP management functionality.
4. Responsibilities of Users
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information submitted to your GBP account.
  • You must comply with Google’s Terms of Service and API Terms of Use.
  • You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to manage businesses you do not own or have permission to manage.
5. Data Security

We securely store OAuth tokens and use industry-standard practices to protect your information. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for errors in Google Business Profile data, interruptions in Google’s API services, or any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access in your Google Account or contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
